Goldmans Management was established in 2003 and is owned and operated by Sarah Dormady.
Initially, a small, local agency for young performers – Goldmans has expanded and developed over the years and continues to go from strength to strength. We pride ourselves on supplying exceptional talent for stage, screen, live events and advertising projects. We represent performers from the age of 4 upwards, from all areas of the UK. In 2022 we took the decision to more formally partition our client list into two divisions – adults (over 16) and kids.
Goldmans Kids seeks to give talented children from across the UK the opportunity to work in all areas of the entertainment industry. Our clients have worked in the West End (Matilda, Tina, Les Miserables, Kinky Boots, The Jungle to name a few), on UK Tours (Beauty and the Beast, Matilda), for the Royal Shakespeare Company (The Boy in the Dress) as well as in countless feature films and TV series including Justice League, Summerland, Doctor Who, Marcella, Autopsy and Doctors.
Our kids regularly book advertising campaigns for major national and international brands – in the last year we have provided clients for Ocado, BEKO, ASDA, Holiday Inn, Poise, Frontline, Marks and Spencer, and Amazon.
The kids' division is run by Susie Blundell. Susie has been working for Goldmans since 2014, and has developed great working relationships with casting directors, children’s company managers in theatre, local authorities responsible for child licencing, and of course the parents of our lovely clients!

Goldmans Kids is a member of the Agents of Young Performers Association, or AYPA. We are privileged to have been part of the foundation of the association and sit on the executive committee. The AYPA brings together a network of skilled and highly knowledgeable professionals who can pool resources to make positive steps forward for children and young people. We are incredibly proud that Goldmans Kids are at the forefront of this work, and look forwards to seeing the AYPA fight for positive change for children and young performers in the industry.
The welfare and safety of children in entertainment are paramount, and we have extensive knowledge of the regulations relating to children working in the industry. Our children are only permitted to work once a Child Performance Licence is in place, and Susie works closely with parents, production companies, and councils to ensure that this is obtained – taking the responsibility for this away from parents.
Once a young performer reaches the end of Year 11, and no longer requires a child performance licence, they are transferred to our adult client list – however Susie and Sarah closely manage those age 16-18 together, so parents will remain involved and informed.
